1. About these terms

Shorai Tech Private Limited (“Shorai Tech”, “we”, “us”) operates this pre-launch website for snapr (together with its content, the “Site”), currently at snapr.co.in. snapr is our consumer brand, formerly known as GreenBox. By using the Site or joining a waitlist, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

2. What this Site is

This Site is an information and pre-launch waitlist site for snapr, a planned marketplace where kitchens will be able to list their surplus food as a “bag” at closing time, for customers to reserve in the snapr app and then collect or have delivered by a snapr rider. The marketplace itself is not yet live. This Site lets you join a waitlist as a customer or as a kitchen ahead of our launch on 21 November 2026 in Bengaluru.

3. Joining a waitlist is not a booking or a guarantee

Joining a waitlist through this Site is an expression of interest only. It is not an order, a booking, a reservation of any bag or delivery slot, or a guarantee that you will be invited, onboarded or given access to the app when it launches. Launch dates, areas, features, prices and offers are all subject to change, and we make no promise about any of them on this Site.

4. For kitchens

Registering interest as a kitchen is an expression of interest only and is not acceptance onto the snapr marketplace. We may contact you for onboarding, which may include further checks. Kitchens remain solely responsible for holding a valid food safety licence (FSSAI or equivalent) and for the safety, quality and legality of the food they prepare and sell. Where you provide an FSSAI licence number on this Site, this helps us identify whether your kitchen holds a food safety licence; it is not verification by us that the licence is valid, current or sufficient for your business, and you remain fully responsible for ensuring it is.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Site and its waitlist forms honestly. You will not submit false or misleading information, use automated tools, bots or scripts to submit forms, submit on behalf of someone else without their knowledge, or try to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems. We may remove a waitlist entry or refuse to act on it if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms.

6. AI-assisted content

Some illustrations and the animated rider shown on this Site are AI-assisted. No real person and no real snapr rider is depicted; any resemblance to a real person is unintentional.

7. Ownership

The snapr name, logo, and the text, design, illustrations and other content on this Site belong to Shorai Tech Private Limited or its licensors. You may view and use the Site for your own personal, non-commercial interest in snapr. You may not copy, reproduce, modify or use our name, logo or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

snapr is a brand of Shorai Tech Private Limited. We are working to register it as a trademark.

8. No warranty and limits on liability

This Site is provided as a pre-launch information site, as is, without promises about its accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on information on this Site, from the Site being unavailable, or from any delay or change to our launch plans. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other Indian law that cannot be limited by agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Site and our plans develop. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you continue to use the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

11. The snapr app and marketplace

These terms cover only this pre-launch website. When the snapr app and marketplace launch, they will have their own, separate terms covering matters not yet decided, including the platform fee and any applicable GST, account and wallet management, and how order and delivery issues are handled.
